When you write to us, book a visit or join a plan, we keep your name, contact details and your pet’s details and records, so we can care for them and send reminders. Payments go through Stripe or Lemon Squeezy; we never see your card details.
Medical records
Your pet’s records are kept securely and shared only with you, other vets you ask us to share with, or your pet insurer.
