Terms

These terms are demo content for the fictional Fernbrook. Replace them with your own.

Estimates

We give a written estimate before any treatment beyond the exam. Payment is due at the end of each visit.

Wellness plans

Plans run for twelve months and are paid monthly. They can be cancelled with thirty days’ notice; services already used are then charged at normal prices.
